¿Qué es RSS?

RSS is a data format used to syndicate content for subscribers to a particular website. This format allows for information to be distributed without a browser, which may also be seen as a disadvantage as it requires other software to be installed. Progress in the field has meant that it is possible to use a browser to view RSS content, via programming of the so-called interpretation scripts.

Thanks to RSS, the user will see the titles of the website itself without having to connect to it, always knowing which websites have updated their content and which have not.

Clicking on the RSS icon in your browser will show you the latest news added to the site. This icon can be found to the right of your browser's address bar.

Internet Explorer does not currently have this technology. Firefox and Opera, however, do.
